Setting Up Outlook Calendars
This is a guide on how to synchronize bookings from your Outlook calendar to our booking system, so the bookings can be displayed on your meeting room and info screens.
Setting Up the Integration
Log in to Euroscreen Booking at https://booking.app-infotv.net/da-DK, and locate Outlook Calendar Integrations:
Click on "Grant admin consent".
Select an account that has the permissions to grant consent.
Accept the permissions.
Setting Up Calendars:
You can now go in and select which calendars in our system correspond to your respective calendars in Outlook..
Here you can choose whether you want to link a personal calendar or a room’s calendar, as well as which calendar in our system matches your selection.
If you need to set up pairing of personal/user calendars, please follow the guide below.
Once the calendars are "paired," bookings will start appearing in our system after a few minutes.

Personal Calendar – Sharing Calendars
Before you proceed with this guide, make sure you have a Microsoft service account ready.
First, all relevant personal calendars must be shared with the service account. To do this, log in to each calendar’s user account at https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/view/month. There, click on the "..." menu and select "Sharing and permissions":

Next, select the service account — here’s an example with Leo Pedersen:
Finally, change the sharing permissions to "Can edit" and click "Share":
This process should be repeated for each calendar that needs to be synchronized with Euroscreen.
Afterwards, the service account needs to add the shared calendars to its own list.
Log in to https://outlook.office365.com/calendar/view/month with the service account. Then, add the calendars you have shared with it, one at a time:

Finally, you need to enter the service account’s email address into our system.
